This service dealership was slammed when we got there, but the routine maintenance we needed was done that day. We travelled a bit to get there, so it was wonderful that they provided us with loaner Tesla. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The facility was immaculate. Say yes to Tes!
During test driving car accelerated while parking in their parking lot. Dealership either didn’t have a fleet insurance as required or did not cover the damage, had to be covered by my insurance. Was a scary moment for us front door were locked we were stuck in the car for about 10 minutes before help arrived. Thank god there was no fire.
My question is
Tesla is supposed to be a safe car
Auto brake should have stop acceleration. Why front doors were locked and we had to slide out and use rear doors to get out. We’re unable to call dealer. No one answered the phone. Finally a passerby went in side and informed the dealership to help us out. My main concern was it avoidable, and safety for future customers
I had a phenomenal experiencing here at this Tesla Schaumburg location. I got my first Tesla so I was really confused and I had the pleasure to get helped by “ Axel” he’s absolutely incredible! I asked him so many questions and he answered every single one of them very briefly in a way I understood and had enough clarity. He was so professional and helpful! For my next Tesla I’m definitely coming to this location again! Very content with the location and the agent Axel. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you! Btw love my new car
The experience on the App and in person at Tesla Schaumburg is a complete 180. Had my pick-up appointment for 11am with all paperwork finished and we didn't get our car till 3pm because they could not add another registrant. This should not be difficult task for a car dealership. The front desk lady was very rude and wouldn't answer any questions logically; just went in circles. "The system is gonna take a few more minutes" ended up being a 4hr wait. The manager was kind, helpful, and at least got the car unlocked so we could do the inspection. Amazing car but poor customer service, leading customers to have a bad overall experience.
So my first experience was rough. Miscommunication between talking to corporate on the phone and the actual dealership.
After a long day I was not ready to hear my car wasn’t ready and I needed to wait hours for it, or come back another day.
I ended up storming out. Which in reflection was not a great way to act, and did not solve anything.
They got me to come back today, had the car ready and were very nice to deal with.
Apparently the person who scheduled me and didn’t communicate with the dealership properly and they had no idea I was coming.
Being in hospitality myself, I should be more understanding of human error. The second time was a very pleasant experience.
The showroom was nice and clean. The Model Y was great but unfortunately the customer service was non existent. Had a scheduled test drive but when I arrived no one was at the desk up front. Took 20 minutes to get someone to even acknowledge my presence.
I never write reviews but Victor P at the service desk needs a raise ASAP! The best customer service I have ever received from this dealership. 5/5 stars for him. Other guys there should really receive advice from him and learn from him honestly. Thanks Victor P for everything!!
Great experience. I went in and it was super crowded and thought omg another car buying experience. But I was to find out that these were people picking up cars and the process was pretty quick and fast for them. Never mind them, what about me.... A salesperson came up to me and within 15 minutes I was on my way to a new car. No joke, send a link, Go home and access the link. Fill out the information, and pick up my car the next day.
